The steps are as easy as 1,2,3.
- Fill in the "Request Your Estimate" form located at the top right-hand side of your screen.
- Approve the proposal we email you.
- Call in with your credit card number.

- We completely switched to an electronic billing system for all residential customers. Effective April 1st, 2019, we only accept credit card payments for all lawn care & snow removal services. At the beginning of every month, your card is billed for the upcoming months' services. This eliminates confusion with billing & payments. The cost-saving benefits of this are passed onto you in the form of discounts, competitive prices, and better customer service!
- We receive your credit card information over the phone. The information is encrypted & stored in a secure, third party credit card processing system with specific liability insurance. We no longer have access to your credit card information from this point.
- Our Spring Clean Up season is weather dependant. Every year many new customers anxiously request Spring Clean Up service on their lawns immediately following the snowmelt. Although you may not have snow on your lawn, often times the ground is too wet to safely power rake without risk of damaging the turf. We understand that your neighbour may have hand raked their lawn already, however, we do not begin our Spring Clean Up Service until we determine that the ground moisture level will allow equipment to work without risk of damage. Historically, we begin Spring Clean Ups around April 19-25 and end our clean-ups by the third week of May.
- Our Lawn Care Season generally begins mid-May, 1 - 2 weeks following your initial Spring Clean Up.
- In short, no.
- If you are a year-round customer of ours, we do include leaves and flower beds in the cleanup.
- If you are a new customer or only require the Spring clean-up, there is an additional charge to clean up leaves from the fall and blow out flower beds & trees. We ask that you inform us if your property did not have a fall clean-up prior to booking Spring service so we can include the Fall Clean up ad-don into your proposal. This ad-don is also outlined in your Package brochure.
- Because our services are weather dependant, we only schedule 4 days for lawn mowing a week (Monday - Thursday). For weekly mowing, customers are rescheduled to the next dry day in which we can service their property. Ie. If your a Monday customer and it rains Monday, we would schedule you for Tuesday and Tuesday's cuts for Wednesday.
- For Spring clean-ups, we inform our customers that every day of rain accounts for 3 days of delay, as we cannot work during the rain and because of the cool Spring temperatures, the ground usually requires an additional day to dry. To ensure clean-ups are completed in a timely manner, our crews work over the weekends.
- Our mower decks are preset to a specific height at the beginning of each week based on seasonal temperatures, weather conditions, and water levels. During Spring & Fall, the weather is cool and damp, and your lawn is in a high growth phase. During this time we set our deck height to 2.5". During mid-summer, the temperatures are higher and there is less rain. This dramatically reduces the growth rate of your lawn. To keep your lawn looking green and healthy, we increase the deck height to 3.5". A longer blade length will keep your lawn from burning and help prevent weeds.
- Absolutely. Mulching your lawn can restore up to 25% of the nutrients to the root bed, nutrients that otherwise would end up in a landfill somewhere else. Mulching is a natural and organic fertilizer that will continue to feed your lawn over the summer and help thicken and keep it green. Our crews only bag lawn clippings during your Spring & Fall Cleanups. That means we are fertilizing your lawn each visit, all season long!
- Our weekly cutting schedule is from Monday - Thursday. We only scheduled these four days a week to allow for weather delays. If we scheduled cuts on Friday, this would run a risk of having to reschedule customers on a Saturday or Sunday. Although our crews don't mind working the weekends, many of our customers entertain and enjoy their yards during the weekend, and prefer not to have someone mowing their lawn.
- Thank you for your consideration and business, we look forward to serving you! Once you have booked our clean-up service, we will create a job for your property. Our Spring Clean-up jobs are completed based on geographical location. This means we start in one neighbourhood and service everyone in that area before moving into the next neighbourhood. What if you sign up after our crews completed that area? Not to worry, once we have completed each neighbourhood, our crews go back to serve any customer that signed up after. Once we begin Spring clean-ups, everyone is completed within 3-4 weeks. An email is sent out to each customer several days prior to being serviced letting them know when we expect to begin and complete their area.
- Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on being able to provide a "set-it & forget-it" style service. What this means is, after our initial conversation and approval process, you can sit back and let us take care of your yard. Our staff and systems ensure your property is consistently looked after, and we provide notifications and document every visit for you, which you can view at any time within your client hub.
- Nope! Our residential customers have peace of mind knowing that all our services are open contracts. If you move, lose your job, or for any other reason wish to discontinue service, we simply ask that you provide 30 days' notice.
