Needed the gravel lot at our business flattened out for moving heavy loads on a forklift.. the quote was delivered in a timely manner, the price was way ahead of the competition and the lady even called to check in with us. Quote was approved on a Friday, and someone was here on the Monday. Fellow explained everything he was going to be doing, asked for any special requests, and ran inside twice to confirm with us what was needed. Job was done by the end of the day, 37k square feet levelled. Work was excellent, prompt and professional. I would gladly recommend Terrace to anyone.

Most busy retail and commercial lots benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sweeping, plus a full spring cleanup after winter. Lower-traffic sites can often stay on a monthly schedule. We'll recommend a frequency after seeing your property.
Can you sweep outside of business hours?
Yes. Sweeping can be scheduled early in the morning, in the evening or overnight so it doesn't interrupt customers, tenants or staff.
How often should parking lot lines be repainted?
Most commercial lots should be repainted every one to two years, depending on traffic, weather exposure and how well the lot is maintained. Outdoor painting runs from late April to November, weather permitting.
Do you clean parkades and underground parking?
Yes. We use ride-on scrubbers to wash parkades and covered parking, removing the salt, sand and grime left behind after winter.
