Needed the gravel lot at our business flattened out for moving heavy loads on a forklift.. the quote was delivered in a timely manner, the price was way ahead of the competition and the lady even called to check in with us. Quote was approved on a Friday, and someone was here on the Monday. Fellow explained everything he was going to be doing, asked for any special requests, and ran inside twice to confirm with us what was needed. Job was done by the end of the day, 37k square feet levelled. Work was excellent, prompt and professional. I would gladly recommend Terrace to anyone.
